Jolene is a registered creative arts therapist, choir leader, vocal coach and performing vocalist.  She works with adults of all gender identities, including NDIS clients, people managing everyday stress, burnout and those living with the effects of PTSD, grief, anxiety and depression.

Providing a safe space for participants to be expressive, she gently facilitates creative experiences and reflection upon what matters most. 

Sessions may involve song writing, guided improvisation, visual art and movement. Jolene encourages attention to creative process and somatic awareness to allow inner wisdom emerge.

She has a special interest in mental health for mums and musicians, and in particular, using the voice as a pathway to wellbeing.

Jolene values a collaborative approach to therapeutic arts practice and seeks to empower those that she shares creative explorations with.



Numerous studies have highlighted the mental health benefits of singing. It can have a positive effect on the brain, releasing endorphins and lowering cortisol, reducing stress.

Creative Workshops

Bringing over a decade of experience in community choir leading and performance while holding a major in Community Arts & Health, Jolene contributes a dynamic energy to group facilitation, offering team building and community workshops with themes tailored to suit any organisation or group.


Location/Availability

Jolene sees one to one participants at Fort Green Studio in Northcote Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Please note that unfortunately this location does not have wheelchair access.

Masters in Therapeutic Arts Practice (Community Arts & Health), MIECAT

Graduate Diploma Music Performance (Jazz/Contemporary)

Estill Voice Training

Creative arts therapists are evidence based practitioners and recognised Allied Health professionals. NDIS funding and may apply.

Jolene is a registered arts therapist with ANZACATA membership which ensures ongoing professional development, regular supervision and ethical practice.


Jolene holds a current Working With Children check and is up to date with COVID19 vaccinations to health care industry standards.
