Embodied Voice

A space for participants to build upon their innate ability express vocally through guided improvisation and co-created harmony.

In this 2 hour workshop we will explore:

  • the qualities of inner and outer listening

  • aligning the voice with movement and felt sensing

  • anchors that allow us to harmonise intuitively

  • guided vocal improvisation accessible to all voices

Nurturing relationships between body, mind, and voice through attunement to moment to moment experiencing, inviting expression and inquiry into what feels significant, to make sense of and find meaning.
